My story

Meet Mr. Jax This handsome gentleman is 13 years young and has spent his whole life being loved—until now. Sadly, his owner is being relocated and can’t take him along, so Mr. Jax is looking for a new forever home to spend his golden years. Mr. Jax is front declawed and fully vetted. He’s a sweet soul, but he’ll need a little time to get comfortable and feel safe in a new environment. Once he knows you, he’s incredibly loyal and loves to be part of your daily routine. He’s curious and nosey in the cutest way—always watching what you’re up to, whether you’re cooking dinner or folding laundry. While he does enjoy lap time, it’s always on his terms. What he really loves is curling up beside you, whether you’re watching TV or drifting off to sleep. Because he likes to be the center of attention and prefers a calm environment, a home without children would be ideal. Mr. Jax has had some digestive sensitivities in the past, so he’ll need a diet that supports a sensitive tummy—but it’s a small price to pay for such a loyal companion. Mr. Jax is currently in Burbank, Ohio, and ready to meet the person who will love him for the rest of his life.
