Meet Arwen — a brave little adventurer with a heart as big as her spirit! Arwen was found near a busy road in Decorah, struggling to get by with an injured front leg. Despite her rough start, she’s as playful, social, and cuddly as they come. She’ll soon undergo a spay and a front leg amputation and is looking for a family to foster and eventually adopt her. HSNEI will provide all her food, supplies, and medical care, including her spay and amputation, while she’s in foster care. If you’re ready to open your home and heart to Arwen, she’ll repay you with endless snuggles and playful purrs. Could you be the hero Arwen has been waiting for?
