Meet Snowcone 4, a gentle, thoughtful pup who’s blossoming more each day in her foster home. Once a shy and cautious girl, she’s now exploring the world with growing confidence, curiosity, and the occasional burst of pure goofy joy.One of her latest breakthroughs? The couch. Snowcone has officially discovered how wonderful it is to curl up beside her person. One day she simply decided to be brave and hop up, and now it’s her favorite spot to nap, snuggle, and stay in gentle contact (she always makes sure at least one part of her—nose, paw, leg, or bum—is touching you). Once she’s comfy, you might just hear her snoring like a little chainsaw. It’s adorable.Snowcone is also a quick learner when it comes to enrichment. She figured out treat puzzles all on her own and loves her lick mat with frozen peanut butter and yogurt. She’s learning to redirect her playful mouthiness to toys, and sometimes she’ll even seek them out on her own when she’s feeling excited. She’s doing great with crate training—sleeping soundly through the night and happily going in when asked. House training is going well, with pee pads still available but rarely needed now that she’s on a consistent four-walk-a-day routine. Snowcone is building a solid daily rhythm and seems to find comfort in having a predictable routine. When out in the world, Snowcone is incredibly observant and polite. She recently sat outside at a café and was the perfect companion—curious but calm, politely sniffing the air and gently accepting pets and chin scratches from admirers. She’s cautious around new people and dogs, but not fearful. She even had a gentle interaction with a child with special needs and is consistently calm and respectful when children pass by on walks. She also handled a walk through a busy park like a pro, standing calmly off to the side as cyclists and runners zoomed past. She’s still sensitive to sudden movements or loud noises but recovers quickly with reassurance. Stairs remain a challenge—she’s not a fan yet—but she’s practicing daily with small outdoor steps, and her foster is working on ways to help her gain confidence with them. With every outing and new experience, she’s showing more resilience, adaptability, and quiet strength. If you`re looking for a calm, affectionate companion who’s eager to bond and grow with her person, Snowcone 4 is ready to melt your heart—one snore, one tail wag, and one brave little step at a time. To meet her, p
