Meet Chloe – A Survivor With So Much Love to Give Chloe’s journey hasn’t been easy, but her heart is still full of hope. This sweet girl was rescued from the Estill County Animal Shelter in February 2024 after being surrendered under heartbreaking circumstances. Alongside her sister, Chloe faced a terrifying threat from the person who brought them in—but thanks to quick action from shelter staff, both girls were saved just in time. Chloe’s sister has already found her forever home, and now it’s Chloe’s turn to shine. Despite her past, Chloe is gentle, affectionate, and eager to connect with people who show her kindness. She’s ready to leave her difficult beginnings behind and start a new chapter filled with love, safety, and the simple joys of being someone’s cherished companion.
