Super Girl came into the care center as a stray so her behavior in a home environment is unknown. Super Girl has displayed some behavioral concerns in the care center environment. In training sessions, she has demonstrated the ability to engage with handlers, respond to training cues such as "leave it," and tolerate petting and enrichment games. However, Super Girl also displays heightened arousal during transitions, including leash biting when returning to her kennel, and resource guarding behaviors around food. Due to these behavioral challenges and her need for a more structured, supportive environment, Super Girl is available for rescue through one of our New Hope partners experienced in working with dogs who exhibit arousal-related behaviors, leash biting, and resource guarding. What my friends at ACC say about me:My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!It is unknown if I have ever lived with other animals or children.I would do best in a home with only adult humans.I'm sensitive and shy. I'll need extra help from you.I prefer to call the shots and enjoy coming to you when I'm ready for pets. Primary Color: Tan Weight: 49.2 Age: 1yrs 0mths 3wks
