My story

Ronan is a mixed breed with soft, doodle-like fur and an even softer heart. He came to us as a stray from Rockford, but you’d never guess he had a rough start—he’s incredibly friendly, sweet, and eager to connect with people. Ronan loves attention and has a charming personality that shines brighter every day. Whether it’s a walk, a cuddle, or just being near you, he’s always happy to be part of the moment. We’re still getting to know how Ronan does with other dogs and cats, and we’ll update as we learn more. So far, he seems curious and easygoing—but he’s still adjusting to shelter life and getting used to his new routine. All of our dogs are dewormed, spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and heartworm tested if they are old enough.
