My story

🐾 Meet Thumper! 🐾 Thumper is a 1.5-year-old neutered male Chihuahua who weighs just 11 pounds – yes, he’s fully grown and perfectly lap-sized! 💛 This sweet boy found himself alone with his dad and sibling when their human became incarcerated and could no longer care for them. Thumper ended up at our local shelter, where he spent some time feeling very nervous and unsure about the world around him. Shelter life can be especially hard for a young pup still learning about trust and love. Since arriving in his foster home, Thumper is beginning to show his adorable, playful side. He’s slowly learning that people can be kind and gentle, and with patience, he is blossoming into the loving little dog he was always meant to be. Thumper is current on vaccinations and microchipped. He’ll soon be ready to attend adoption events to meet his future forever family – one who will give him the time, respect, and understanding he deserves as he builds confidence and trust again. ✨ Could you be the safe, loving home Thumper has been waiting for? ✨
