My story

Hello there! My name is Nala! I’m a gorgeous gal and I have a silky smooth coat perfect for pets. My caregivers do not know much about my past, because my owner couldn’t care for me anymore. Regardless of where I came from, I’m just focused on finding my furever home. Is it with you? I'm still very new to my caretakers who are helping me to come out of my shell, so they don't know much about me yet. I came in with my best friend Alba, but would like to meet any furry friends you have before going home. Do I sound like your new best friend? I hope so! Come by High Country Humane to meet me! I can’t wait to see you! Adopting with High Country Humane means your new pet is fixed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. We register that microchip (FREE!) and provide a free health exam with each adoption. Please bring a leash and collar for your new pet or plan to purchase a set at the shelter for $5 each. The shelter is open 11-5 PM, 7 days a week. We look forward to seeing you!
