My story
Named after the challenging CrossFit workout “Murph” that honors Lieutenant Michael Murphy, a Navy SEAL who died in action in Afghanistan. Murph runs, does pull-ups, push ups, and air squats - and even wrestles with her sisters, but is also sweet, cuddly, and super cute.
