Hope has been with us a long time. She came to us very sick and there were some doubts that she would even survive. She went to stay with one of our best fosters who gave her wonderful care. She struggled through and we all HOPED she would make it. She is now a healthy young cat. She does have a scarred eye due to the terrible eye infections she came with. However, this doesn't impede her vision.Hope is a beautiful, long haired Siamese Mix. She wouldn't be considered the most outgoing cat, but we never know if that may change once she is in her own home. When she was young, she was medicated so often that she tended to run when approached by a person. Once she came off the medicine, she still somewhat stayed away, until the mood hit her. Then she would go crawl up in her foster mom's lap and receive pets and rubs, which she enjoyed very much. We've moved her to our adoption room so that she can interact with other people other than the one foster. She is still shy and has to be found from time to time, but she is not running away at this time and does enjoy the pets she receives from people. It will take a little patience with her to help her come around. She would probably do best in a quieter home. If you would like to meet her, please let us know.Hope's adoption fee is $200 and it covers her spaying, vaccines, combo testing and microchip.
If you have any questions or would like to adopt Hope, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
