Felix

My story

Felix is a darling little lap dog. This boy is approx 6 years old. And barely 8 lbs. the perfect little companion to take anywhere & everywhere with you. He is crate, doggy door, and house trained. Loves his people and other dogs too. Felix is a tad shy with strangers but, warms up quickly(with tossed treats) and doesn’t have a mean bone in his little body. He just needs a kind and loving human to give him the love & safety, we all want. Felix would love a family that loves and adores him. He was sadly, abandoned in the desert but, luckily found his way to safety—when a young boy scooped him up and took him home. This tiny guy would not have made it very long out on his own. Felix deserved better than to be discarded like nothing. He deserves a forever & ever home where he is cherished as a beloved family member and spoiled every single day. He is currently being fostered in a home with 4 other dogs and he gets along with them all— Large & small. He would be good with other pets or alone. As long as he gets love and attention. He is a people dog first and foremost. And a bit of a ladies man it seems. He lived with an older gentleman and while they got along just fine—he wholeheartedly preferred his girlfriend. Granted she is wonderful! And very much a dog person. All dogs within our rescue get spayed/neutered, vaccinated against da2pp and rabies, microchipped, tested for heartworms, and receive 6 months of preventative. He’s all had of his vet care done. And now just needs a family all of his very own.
