My story
Meet Joey! A 1-year-old male Chihuahua mix with a heart as soft as his personality. This super chill guy is a bit shy at first, but once he feels safe, he starts to show his gentle, curious side — maybe even a playful streak! Joey’s foster says he’s the best house guest. He’s quiet, low-maintenance, and perfectly content lounging around the house. He had no problem going into his crate for the night and was clean and calm in the morning — a total crate pro! Joey is also cat-friendly — he’s happy to coexist. He enjoys a little cuddle time on the couch but is just as happy finding a cozy spot to nap the day away. He’s the ultimate companion for someone who appreciates peace, quiet, and a little canine company. If you're looking for a mellow, low-key buddy with a heart of gold, Joey is your guy.
