My story

Meet Hazel! She is a dainty little lady with soft gray and white fur and a heart full of love. She's petite, short-haired, and very particular about snuggles. She spent her life as the cherished companion of a woman who was ill, so Hazel’s world was small, quiet, and full of one-on-one affection. When her person could no longer care for her, Hazel’s world changed, which was hard, but she has adjusted beautifully in her foster home.Hazel is a top-tier lap cat. She loves to sit with you, sleep next to you, and, if you’re lucky, tunnel under the blankets like a little gray submarine of affection. She’s sweet, loyal, and full of gentle quirks that will win you over completely.But don’t let her dainty size fool you, Hazel can be spicy. When she’s in play mode, she’s a wild little noodle: full of wiggles, surprise pounces, and dramatic leaps. And just wait until the sun goes down. Hazel’s nighttime zoomies are the stuff of legend. One moment she’s curled up like an angel, and the next she’s a tiny gray comet, tearing through the house at full throttle and making noises that defy feline physics. It’s like she’s starring in her own midnight action movie.Hazel doesn’t want to share the spotlight — or her person. She’s never lived with other cats and doesn’t care to start now. She’s looking for a calm home where she can be your one and only fur kid and the center of your world, as you’ll quickly become the center of hers.
