Meet Melanie, A Gentle Soul Looking for Love Melanie is a 6-month-old Lab mix with the most stunning green eyes you’ve ever seen. She currently weighs 25 pounds and should be around 40 pounds full grown — the perfect medium size! Originally part of a TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) effort, it quickly became clear that Melanie deserved so much more. While she’s still a bit shy and learning to trust people, her sweet nature shines through once she feels safe. With a little patience and love, Melanie blossoms into an affectionate and loyal companion. She does well with other dogs and is gentle with children, making her a wonderful addition to a quiet, nurturing home that can help her continue to build confidence.
