#A5430963 Say hello to Lux, a stunning 2-year-old Labrador Retriever with a jet-black velvety coat and just a hint of white on his chest and tippy toes. Sleek, strong, and seriously handsome, Lux is as sweet and affectionate as he is striking. He’s smart, attentive, and already knows: sit, shake, and down. Plus, he’s great on a leash! With his curious spirit and love for adventure, he’s always up for walks, playtime, or exploring new places - as long as he has his people by his side. Lux has a solid training foundation and is eager to keep learning with his new forever family. If you're looking for a loyal, fun-loving best friend for a lifetime, Lux is your guy! -2 year old black Labrador Retriever -81 pound neutered male -may need the standard round of shots and preventatives before you can take him home, but the shelter can likely help with this! -came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on 6/16/25 as an owner surrender - but we have no notes and no idea why, as Lux is a perfect gentleman! -sleek, muscular, and incredibly handsome, with a velvety jet black coat accented with the lightest sprinkle of white on his chest and tips of his toes -inquisitive and sweet - very affectionate and happy to explore as long as he has you as a secure base -smart and attentive to his people - has clearly already had some training to help channel his energy and enthusiasm -can do sit, shake, and down, and is good on leash - seems to already have a strong training base his new family can easily build on to develop more advanced skills -still has his very vibrant and charming curious puppy spirit, which makes him an absolute joy to be around, especially during playtime, on walks, or any outdoor adventures! https://youtube.com/shorts/55Ah9NPdCqU For more information, contact volunteer Lisa at lisaa@unitedhopeforanimals.org ------- United Hope for Animals (UHA) is a volunteer group and does not have a facility for animals.
