My story

#A5594894 Meet Juneau , a stunning 4-year-old Siberian Husky (maybe with a splash of Lab!) who's as sweet as she is smart. Her fluffy tricolor coat, with hints of brown and black over bright white, looks just like a perfectly charred marshmallow! Juneau is super affectionate and loves being close to her people - always ready for pets, snuggles, and attention. She’s eager to please and already knows: sit, down, and shake, showing off both her brains and her excellent training foundation. At the shelter, she’s been a total playgroup rockstar and would be a great sister to any pups already in your pack. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion with a heart of gold and a squishy marshmallow coat to match, Juneau’s your girl!       -4 year old tricolor Siberian Husky mix -77 pound spayed female -may need the standard round of shots and preventatives before she can go home with you, but the shelter can likely help with this! -came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on 6/10/25 as an owner surrender - but we have no notes and no idea why, as Juneau is such a gem! -lush tricolor coat - dense and fluffy white tipped with brown and black, like a lightly charred marshmallow -smart cookie, with a heart as big as her brains! super affectionate and seeks out attention and contact from her people -eager to please, and has clearly had some training - knows basic commands like sit, down, and shake - and could easily learn more with the right structure and investment -at the shelter, she's been a playgroup rockstar! would make an excellent sister to any pups you may already have -may be part lab - her behavior is surprisingly lab-like, not your typical husky!   https://youtube.com/shorts/2WtpT7ViMRM   For more information, contact volunteer Lisa at lisaa@unitedhopeforanimals.org ------- United Hope for Animals (UHA) is a volunteer group and does not have a facility for animals.  This pet is part of our Shelter Support Program at the Baldwin Park Shelter. For more information about the pet, the adoption process, or our program please contact the Volunteer Adoption Coordinator listed above. Because animals are adopted/rescued daily, please also check the United Hope for Animals Facebook page to see if an animal is still available OR call the Baldwin Park Shelter at 626-962-3577. When inquiring about an animal, please reference the animal’s ID number. This will enable the volunteer or Baldwin Park employee to locate the status of the pet. Thank you for supporting rescue.July 8, 2025, 3:47 pm

If you have any questions or would like to adopt JUNEAU, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
