My story

Meet Paco – Your Loyal Shadow and Playful Pup Paco is a handsome brown and white hound mix with a heart as big as his floppy ears. This sweet boy is currently thriving in foster care and is ready to find his forever family — preferably one with a big backyard, a dog friend or two, and plenty of love to give. Paco is a quick learner and eager to please. He’s great on a leash, house-trained, and always down for a cuddle session. He loves to romp around with other dogs and is surprisingly respectful around chickens — a true southern gentleman. Cats? He’s curious but learning to be polite with them too. One of Paco’s favorite things is simply being outside. Whether he’s exploring, sunbathing, or just lying in the grass soaking it all in, a big yard is his happy place. He’s not much for water or playing fetch, but he’ll be your loyal companion while you garden, read on the porch, or just enjoy the fresh air. He can get a little nervous in the car if he’s riding solo, but when he has a furry friend along for the ride, he’s much more relaxed.
