My story

Meet Martin, a two year old Pit mix weighing 56 pounds.Martin is a friendly, outgoing guy who checks all the boxes for a great family dog! He walks well on a leash, knows the command “sit,” and is always happy to earn a treat for being a good boy.This well-rounded pup has a sweet, social nature and loves being around people. He’s currently working on the command “off” — sometimes he gets a little too excited with all the love and attention — but he’s eager to learn and aims to please.If you’re looking for a loyal companion who’s fun, friendly, and ready to be part of your family, Martin might just be your perfect match!This pet is available for adoption on 6/30/2025 at 11:36 AM at the Yakima Humane Society adoption center.
