Meet Pequeño Zoro – Your Loyal Little Shadow!Pequeño Zoro is a charming, people-loving pup who’s ready to steal hearts with his affectionate and gentle personality. True to his name, he may be small, but he’s got a big heart and an even bigger love for human companionship.He is incredibly friendly and thrives on attention. He’s the kind of dog who’ll lean right into your legs, flop into your lap, and stay close by your side like a loyal sidekick. He enjoys gentle handling and even rolls over for belly rubs, clearly trusting those around him. On walks, he’ll sometimes stand between your legs, looking up as if to say, “Are we best friends yet?” While he adores people, he can be selective about other dogs. During an interaction with a helper dog, he showed some discomfort and eventually growled when the other dog persisted. For this reason, we highly recommend a slow introduction and a meet-and-greet with any potential dog siblings to ensure everyone gets along. Pequeño Zoro would thrive in a home where he can soak up love, share snuggles, and continue building confidence. What is an Adoption Audition? It’s a 5-day, no-strings-attached, trial adoption period. You can take this pet home to try it out! Interested? Come to the shelter any time during open hours and talk to one of our Customer Care staff!Be sure to check the `shelter information` box on the listing to see if the pet is located at our Fairfax Campus (4500 West Ox Road, Fairfax) or our Lorton Campus (8875 Lorton Road, Lorton). Then, come in during our open hours!
