Forest is a 3 month old doll of a kitten girl with the softest short tabby fur and adorable small triangle of a nose, which she loves to have kissed! Nicknamed Mini-Me, originally for her resemblance to her mother, it quickly became even more about her gutsy and affectionate personality. Ever since little Forest was barely a half a pound in weight and a handful of weeks old, this sweet girl has been investigating the new areas around her with a cautious daring, showing her siblings all of the new things to be discovered outside the cozy world of their mama’s den. She’s a smart girl who carefully checks things out before proceeding, and will meow if she feels in need of assistance to get to, or onto, the new horizons she spots. Now, her foster family often calls her Mini-Me in reference to her favorite and frequent checkpoint location between adventures – as a person’s shadow. Whether you are reading, cleaning, lounging, preparing food, it doesn’t matter, Forest aka Mini-Me will be right by your side, likely with her loud purr machine going full force! Forest is friendly to and respectful of the resident cats at her foster home, and adores her siblings Fowler, Fonda, and Foxfire. She is a gregarious gal who thrives on attention from her people as well as socializing with her furry friends. She would love to be adopted with any one of her siblings – in this group there are no favorites amongst them, they all play and cuddle with each other equally. She is used to a quiet yet active home with lots of interaction with her foster family of young adults, their parents, and their friends. All cats & kittens are up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, dewormed, fixed, and FeLV/FIV tested. Adoption fee is a minimum $110 per kitten donation to Feral Fixers. Discounted adoption fee if two kittens are adopted together, $175 for a pair. A brief screening questionnaire and contract apply! If you are interested in meeting and adopting one of our cats please email: gotfriendlies@gmail.com Our cats and kittens are in private foster homes and need a completed questionnaire before an appointment can be made to meet them. All of our cats/kittens are in foster homes throughout DuPage County. We consider adopters within a reasonable driving distance.
If you have any questions or would like to adopt Forest, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
