He’s playful, loving, and has a lot of feline friends, but his best buddy is Frankie. He’d love to be adopted with Frankie—or with his friend Brother—though he’ll do well in any home where he’ll have a playmate and lots of love. Possum was found all alone as a stray, but a kind-hearted Good Samaritan picked him up and made sure he was safe, healthy, and cared for. Now neutered, up-to-date on vaccines and preventatives, and full of kitten energy, Possum is ready to head to his forever home! If you’re looking for a friendly, funny, and affectionate kitten with tons of personality—and possibly a second kitten to keep him company—Possum might just be your perfect match. All pets are microchipped, and the registration fee paid for lifetime. Our adoption fee includes the spay/neuter, up to date shots, Microchip, Alabama Health Certificate, and the transport service to get the new family pet to you. If you are interested in adopting, the FIRST step is to complete an application. Please be advised that our volunteers are busy rescuing, transporting, and caring for our animals. We will respond to your application as soon as possible. Upon review of your application, the rescue in AL will contact you, so you can ask any specific questions that you may have. NOTE: All Paws of Dixie animals are located in AL foster homes. They will be transported north after adoption. If there is more than one decision maker in the home, all of them should be in agreement. We DO NOT adopt to anyone under the age of 21
