Oreo: sweet as sugar and twice as nice. Rescued from the brink of euthanasia, Oreo went from shelter to cuddle puddle. She’s living it up in foster care and is officially the cutest little treat you’ve ever seen. She’s not just a pretty face. Our adoption fee does not fully cover all vetting, medical care, food, supplies, or training costs. Out of area adopters (outside of DC, MD, VA and PA) will be considered on a case by case basis and will be required to come to the foster location for an in-person meet-and-greet.
