My story

Hi, I’m Funyun! I’m about 6 months old and full of goofy charm, zoomie energy, and sweet snuggles. My foster dad calls me a “dopey little munchkin” — I think it’s because I make him laugh with how silly and joyful I am! I *love* running around the yard, chasing toys, gnawing on knee bones, and playing a good game of fetch or chase. I’m also a *grade-A nap partner* and will happily curl up with you all night long if you let me. When I was rescued in South Texas, I was in rough shape — my mange was so bad I looked like a tiny naked mole rat. But thanks to some TLC, my soft white fur is growing back beautifully and so is my confidence! I'm coming out of my shell more and more each day and showing off just how playful, curious, and loving I truly am. I’m crate trained, I know how to use a doggy door like a pro, and I’m well on my way with house training. I’m up to date on my vaccinations and will be getting my second round of shots at the end of this week! I'm very interested in my foster cat sibling — I’ve learned his boundaries and now we coexist just fine (even if he still plays hard to get). I love other dogs and think I'd do just fine even with a cat who doesn't mind me being a little curious. I’m looking for a forever home where I can keep being silly, active, and shower my people with love.
