My story

If you are seriously interested in an animal, we ask that you first fill out an application, tailsofrescue.org  This will be the first step to gaining more information about the animal as well as allow us to know a little bit about you.  All done to the Foster Home at night not everybody comes to the store each day. Please get in touch with us for a meet and greet   Meet Flea! Born April 2, 2025, Flea is one of Gekko’s nine adorable pups—and while his name might be tiny, he’s a solid little guy with a big heart and a long, low body that’s the spitting image of his mama.   Flea weighs in at around 14 pounds and is still growing. He’s a bit on the shy side and tends to hang back until he feels safe, but once he warms up, his sweet personality shines. He does best in a smaller pack setting and enjoys the company of other dogs who give him a little space to settle in.   He’s not exactly a water dog—dipping his toes is fine, but swimming? No thanks (at least for now). Flea hasn’t been exposed to cats yet, so we’re not sure how he’d do in a feline-friendly home.   If you’re looking for a mellow pup who just needs a little time and love to come out of his shell, Flea might be the perfect fit for you.   Spayed/Neuiterd, micro chipped, heartworm negative (if of age), dhpp shots, kennel cough vacs., and one year rabies is completed.  Adoption fee is $350.00  We are NOT a first-come-first to adopt a rescue, the best fit for the family and dog is the way we do things.  We do out of town adoptions often, but will not ship animals must come to Redding for pick up.   ##2455556##
