Gracie

My story

On 7/24/25 I visited Gracie in her kennel. She was barking/growling with defensive posture. I tossed treats which she sniffed, but still continued barking. I opened the door and she stopped barking and retreated to the back of her kennel. I used a slow, considerate approach and got her leashed. She took some coaxing, but eventually came out of her kennel. She walked in a low crouch. I tried to take her outside F, but it seemed it was too noisy outside for her. I sat with her at the back of the room. She was timid, but sweet and allowed for gentle petting all over. Video uploaded. On 7/14/25 I visited Gracie at her kennel. She was standing at the front, eyes wide, alarm barking. I crouched down with a considerate approach and offered treats. She calmed down some, but was still avoidant, exhibiting fret/fidget behavior. Would not eat treats. FAS 3-4
