Meet Hansel, a quiet and gentle soul with a heart full of sweetness. This tender boy may be a little shy at first, but with some calm and patience, his true personality begins to shine. Hansel thrives in a peaceful environment where he can feel safe and loved at his own pace.Once he feels comfortable, Hansel is incredibly affectionate in the softest, most endearing ways. He enjoys quiet companionship, gentle pets, and being close to people. If you`re someone who appreciates the quiet beauty of a calming bond, Hansel could be the perfect match—he`s just waiting for someone to see the special heart behind his gentle eyes.Hansel is in need of a foster home while he awaits further medical treatment. Foster Reason: pending X-Rays Foster Time Frame: X-Rays on 7/21Foster time frame could be longer depending on future medical results and needs. Foster Care Plan: Sweet boy Hansel was limping when he came to us. Our dedicated medical staff suspect he has a medial patellar luxation, and they got him started on some medication to manage his pain. He will be coming back to us 7/21 for sedated X-rays so we will be able to help this sweet boy on his road to recovery.He will have a medical consult upon pickup and the Operation Kindness Foster Team will supply all items necessary for a successful foster journey. Foster to Adopt Program: Hansel is available through our Foster to Adopt program, which allows pets awaiting or undergoing medical treatment to be placed with prospective adopters before they are made available for adoption.
