**Friendly - Independent - Protector ** (LJ 05/25) Missy has spent the last few months as the ultimate helicopter mom-vigilant, protective, and completely devoted to her kittens. Now that her babies are growing up, it's finally her turn to relax, play, and be spoiled like the queen she is.This sweet, talkative girl has a big personality and an even bigger love for food (mealtime is serious business in her world!). She's playful and smart-especially when it comes to her all-time favorite: the laser pointer. The moment she sees you pick it up, she's on high alert, ready to chase that red dot like her life depends on it.Missy isn't quite sure about other cats yet. She's been a bit defensive around them, but that may just be her mama instincts talking. In a home where she doesn't feel the need to protect anyone, she might just surprise you with her adaptability.She may have a grumpy little face (and often looks like she's judging your life choices), but don't let that fool you-Missy is incredibly sweet. Once she trusts you, she's affectionate, loyal, and full of charm. To start the adoption process for them, please APPLY ONLINE - applications are reviewed in the order received. After you apply, we may contact you to schedule a virtual or in-person meet-and-greet at the foster parent's residence. If you then decide to adopt, you'll complete an adoption counseling session and we'll schedule a pickup appointment. Adoption pick-ups may happen from the foster's residence.
