My story

Meet Bud! Bud is a gentle beagle mix with a tender heart and the softest soul. Life hasn’t given him many chances to feel safe, so he’s still learning that the world isn’t such a scary place—but beneath his shy exterior is a truly sweet and sensitive boy. Bud will thrive in a calm, patient home where he can take his time, build trust, and blossom at his own pace. With consistency, kindness, and a little quiet encouragement, this timid pup will show you just how much love he has to give. Bud may be a slow bloomer, but the bond you'll build with him will be deep, meaningful, and oh-so-worthwhile. Bud is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all of his vaccinations. You can meet him at the CASPCA between the hours of 12 and 6 PM daily, no appointment necessary. If you have any additional questions, please email adoptions@caspca.org.
