My story

Bailey is a total sweetheart who’s ready to melt your heart! This incredibly smart and loving girl already knows all her basic commands like “sit,” “stay,” “shake,” “lay down,” “go to bed,” and even “go potty.” She’s house-trained, eager to please, and clearly someone’s past star pupil — she just needs the right person to shine for again. Bailey is truly her best self when it’s just her and her person. She thrives in a calm, one-on-one environment where she can be your shadow, your snuggle buddy, and your most loyal companion. She lives for cuddle time and will happily curl up and doze off next to you once she feels safe and settled. While she’s done well around a dog named Leon in her current foster home, we believe Bailey will be happiest in a home where she’s the only pet. She’s a sensitive soul who craves undivided attention, and she’s absolutely ready to soak up all the love you’ve got to give. Bailey’s the kind of dog who’s happy with a short stroll (15–20 minutes is her max before she’s ready to head home for a nap!) and lots of quiet companionship. She’s getting a full grooming service on Wednesday to help her look as beautiful as she feels inside — though we already think she’s perfect.
