My story

Abbey is a lovable Lab mix with a big heart and an even bigger appetite—for both treats and affection! Originally adopted from Gateway Area Humane Society, Abbey found herself back with us in November 2024 after her owner had to move and couldn’t take her along. Now, Abbey is once again searching for her forever home—and she’s more than ready! This girl is extremely food motivated (we're talking next-level snack enthusiasm). She’ll happily show off her growing list of tricks in exchange for a tasty reward and a little praise. Smart, eager to please, and full of love, Abbey is the perfect companion for someone ready to offer consistency, cuddles, and plenty of treats. Could Abbey be your new best friend?
