My story

God's Dogs Rescue plus Kitties does NOT transport any cats or kittens in or out of the state of Texas. It is too stressful for the cats or kittens to be transported long distances, especially when enclosed in a vehicle containing dogs and puppies. Thank you for your understanding. Meet Coconut 🥥 Bonded pair with brother Tangerine 🍊) Hi! I’m Coconut — a sweet, independent little lady with a brave story and a big heart.💜 My life didn’t start easy. I was born outside an apartment complex with my mom and siblings, just trying to survive. We were hungry and often in the way of people walking by, until one day the manager called someone about us. That’s when my foster mom came to help. At first, I didn’t trust her — can you blame me? I had learned to be cautious. Some kids and even adults had been unkind to me, hitting me with bikes, kicking me, even throwing me. I thought all humans were like that. But my foster mom was patient and gentle. Over time, I realized she was different, and now? I love her. I’m still independent — I like doing my own thing — but I also enjoy cuddles on my terms. I LOVE toys and playtime, and I’m kennel-trained, litter box-trained, and friendly with other cats. I’m about 6 months old, fully vetted, and spayed — ready for my forever home! If you’re looking for a brave little survivor with a playful streak and a whole lot of heart, I might just be your girl. 💕
