Meet Donut – A Gentle Soul with a Playful SideDonut is a 2-year-old beagle mix weighing in at 62.7 pounds of love and potential. She may be a little shy when you first meet her, but with a gentle approach and a bit of time, she blossoms into a loyal and affectionate companion.The shelter environment has been a bit overwhelming for Donut, and she’s been feeling the stress of kennel life. She’s looking for a calm, patient family who understands that trust takes time and who can offer her the space she needs to come out of her shell at her own pace.Once she feels safe, Donut loves to run around and play with her people—she has a fun, goofy side that comes out when she`s comfortable. While she’s not too interested in toys or other dogs, she lights up when she`s outside with someone she trusts.If you have a peaceful home and a kind heart, Donut could be the perfect addition to your family. Come meet her and see the sweet, playful soul behind those soulful eyes.We do all adoptions with approved applicants by appointment only.
