My story

💔 “Hi… I’m Porsche. I don’t really know how to do this whole ‘cute dog looking for a home’ thing yet. I’m still learning. I don’t know toys. I don’t know what nice people do. I don’t even know what it feels like to run free. My whole life has been cages, bathrooms, and… fear.” But here’s what I do know now: 🐾 I’m safe. 🐾 I’m loved by my foster (even though I bark and growl a little when I get scared). 🐾 And I want to trust. So badly. I’m a 1-year-old Shih Tzu girl, black and white, low energy, and very shy. I’m apartment appropriate and need a calm, patient family with older kids only. ⚠️ Heads up, future humans: I’m not your “instant bestie” kind of girl. I need extreme patience. Like… monk-level patience.
