My story

Let’s have a warm welcome for the beautiful BUBBA, an all-black female kitten with gorgeous green eyes.  She loves wrestling and playing with toys and siblings, whatever or whoever is available.  She is a big fan of any dangling toys, or dangling things that are not toys – so watch your hair and necklaces!  She warms up quickly and is very quick to purr when you touch her or pick her up.  She doesn’t shy away from new situations and acclimates rather quickly once she has the lay of the land. She loves to explore, and is quick out the door when opened, so her new family would have to keep an eye out for that. Bubba came to the rescue with her siblings PAUL and COWGIRL, plus REXY and BLUE (still in foster care), and she would love to be adopted with one of them.   She is looking for the perfect home where she can be adored, and love you in return! Bubba has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, is negative for FeLV and FIV, and includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners.  You can meet BUBBA at the cattery inside our partner PetSmart in South Eugene (2858 Willamette St), beginning Saturday 7/12.  Please submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at the store, and an adoption counselor will contact you to set up a meet and greet. The $175 ($320 for a pair) adoption fee allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community.
