Meet Tiny boy Barkley who currently weights 2 lbs. He is the cutest cuddle bear ever! His foster mom is totally in love with him. She says he is the perfect lap dog loves to be held! He’s sweet and perfect. Barkley is a Chihuahua. He loves to play with his toys and siblings. He is very food motivated loves all dogs and great with all people. He is even more adorable in person.
