My story

On occasion, inquiries are not forwarded automatically to our rescue by Adopt a Pet. If you would like to inquire about one of our kitties, please reach out directly to the rescue. Thank you! Mavis was born to either a feral or outside mom. While aren't sure what her full story is, we know she was discovered in a car engine. She suffered a few small burns but overall was in pretty good condition when found. She has undergone treatment for minor burns; her diet is in order and now her routine medical care has been completed. Now Mavis is ready to start her interviews for her forever family. At almost 14 weeks, Mavis is ready to put the past behind her and find her forever family where she will be loved and cared for. Mavis has learned a lot about toys, climbing cat trees, playing in kitty tunnels, all the things that kittens should be enjoying. Mavis is ready to make her debut and begin interviewing for her forever home. She is kitty friendly and would love a kitty friend in her forever home and we're sure she can learn to accept a pup as well. She can be shy for a minute upon first intros, but she quickly realizes you're wanting to give her pets and attention. Mavis is a cute and sweet little one who luckily didn't become a statistic out there but now has the chance to find her wonderful family. Could it be you?
