My story

How this pet arrived: Morris was brought in by his previous owner on July 11, 2025.Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Morris! Morris arrived with his sister, Gracie #958705 and they must be adopted together! Gracie and Morris are a pair of shy, floofy siblings who have perfected the art of disappearing into thin air when guests arrive-only to reappear hours later demanding treats like nothing ever happened. Both are friendly once you pass their vibe check. They've tried living with a dog before and, frankly, they were not impressed. A calm, cat-respecting canine might be tolerated, but very young children are a firm no. These two prefer their environments quiet, predictable, and free of unexpected squealing or grabbing. They've also become fond of lounging in secure outdoor areas, like catios, where they can judge the neighborhood squirrels and sunbathe like tiny aristocrats. While a catio isn't required, they will absolutely accept one as a housewarming gift. Gracie and Morris aren't really into being picked up, held, or kissed (ahem...there's always that one person). They're more into setting their own terms and maintaining their dignity, thank you very much. Admire from a respectful distance until summoned for gentle petting duties. And when it's time to head home? Bring two carriers-these cats do not do ride-sharing. Think you're ready to be a butler to two mildly dramatic and affectionate feline overlords? Come adopt them today!Shy/Fearful Cat:Morris requires a virtual behavior consult, please watch THIS video to learn more about them. Primary Color: Red Tabby Weight: 10.68 Age: 0yrs 11mths 0wks

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Morris, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
