River

My story

River is a sweet cat born with an abundance of resilience. At 9 months old, River weighed as much as a healthy 3-month-old kitten. Since in foster care, he has gotten his weight up and grown out of his shell. River is extremely affectionate with humans and cats of all ages. He loves to sleep beside his foster mom and will likely brush against your leg for pets. He enjoys chasing toy mice, playing with feather wand toys, and eating fish-flavored wet food. He loves being pet, especially on his head and back, and he’ll also want to curl up on your lap. He would pair well with a friend around his age or younger.
