My story

We are excited to share that we have six adorable puppies, estimated to be around 7-9 weeks old, and we believe they are closer to 7 weeks. Among them are three girls and three boys! These sweet and beautiful puppies are currently in foster homes, and we are in the process of naming them and getting to know their personalities to provide you with more details about each one. Let us introduce you to Rico, sporting a blue collar! After a car ride from the shelter and baths for all six puppies, Rico and all the pups headed to their foster homes. Rico spent one night hanging out with Sammy and Beauford before heading to out on a Pilots and Paws flight with Sammy, Durbuy and Leuven. Upon arrival in San Jose each pup headed to their respective foster homes.  Rico is living with two resident shepherds who welcome foster puppies regularly.  Just like all his littermates Rico loves being around humans and, as is typical for shepherds, stays close by, wanting to be part of all the action. Velcro pups, underfoot and just adorable with their head tilts and shepherd stands. Rico is sleeping through the night in his crate, loves following his resident shepherd mates and is getting the hang of stroller rides during their walks. He attended a family gathering over the weekend with corgi puppies, an 8 month doodle puppy too. He had a blast with puppies and had a mutual love affair with the 5 year old human. Rico easily settles in his crate with toys for quiet time and naps.  All the puppies are quick to potty when taken outside, suggesting that they were well-cared for in their original home. They are not at the alerting stage yet. They also enjoy playing with toys, nibbling on human toes, and tugging on clothes for attention, followed by plenty of naps. Each of the puppies has received their first vaccinations, been dewormed, and are healthy, happy, and a bit chubby! Stay tuned for more updates! Have you checked out our YouTube channel?
