That was the case with this sweet group of four kittens whose names all start with the letter B. One of our volunteers was at the local shelter when a woman walked in with a heartbreaking story: her husband was going to kill the kittens if she didn’t get rid of them. Our volunteer didn’t hesitate. Even though our rescue was full, she scooped them up and gave them the chance they so desperately needed. Now safe and thriving in a loving foster home, these little survivors are playful, cuddly, and bursting with personality. They’re great with kids, other cats, and even the family dog. Each one is uniquely adorable and ready to bring joy and love to a forever family. Betsy is in a foster home with cats, kids and a big dog. Want to help change a life? Our adoption fee includes the spay/neuter, up to date shots, Microchip, Alabama Health Certificate, and the transport service to get the new family pet to you. We will respond to your application as soon as possible. Upon review of your application, the rescue in AL will contact you, so you can ask any specific questions that you may have. NOTE: All Paws of Dixie animals are located in AL foster homes. They will be transported north after adoption. If there is more than one decision maker in the home, all of them should be in agreement. We DO NOT adopt to anyone under the age of 21.
