Meet Polly – The Sweetest Little Shadow Looking for Her Forever Home! Polly is a young, gentle, and incredibly affectionate mama cat (about 1–2 years old) who has already been through far too much in her short life. She arrived in foster care caring for two kittens—while already pregnant again—and soon gave birth to four more. Despite everything, she was a truly wonderful mother. Now that her kittens have all found homes, Polly is ready for a life where she finally gets to be the one cared for. She’s feeling a bit sad and clingy without her babies, so she’s looking for someone who can give her the love, attention, and companionship she’s been missing. If you’re looking for a sweet cat who adores being close to her person, Polly may be your perfect match. Polly’s Personality: Extremely affectionate—she wants to be your little shadow Loving, gentle, and very people-oriented Good with other calm, friendly cats Would do best in a home with older children or adults, as enthusiastic young kids overwhelm her Ideal Home: Polly would thrive with someone home often or someone who’s looking for a cuddly best friend. She also gets along with the other cats in her foster home and would likely enjoy having a kind, mellow feline friend. Special Note: During her spay, the vet discovered that Polly has an unusual reaction to anesthesia. This doesn’t affect her day-to-day life at all, and she likely won’t ever need another surgery—but it is important information to share with her future veterinarian.
