Gabby (and Gracie) – Beautiful Sweet Sister Cats for Adoption(s) Contact dcmcats@yahoo.com These 2 beautiful sisters started life in a feral colony being spayed and neutered. They are much too sweet to have been outside cats, plus coyotes were coming around their area, so their caretaker took them inside, and hopes they can be adopted together if possible. But they can go separately to the right households. Gabby is a sweet, laid back female Dilute Torbie (Tabby/Tortie). It’s hard to believe she was once a feral, as she is now completely “spoiled” living inside. She likes to spend her days begging for treats and playing with her sister Gracie. She loves affection and is very vocal about getting it when she wants LOL! She’s curious and playful. Gabby is really easy going and would thrive in almost any home, whether it’s calm and quiet, or full of kids and activity. She gets along well with other cats, but definitely prefers being near her humans as much as possible. Gabby would love to be adopted with her sister, but she’s also ready to be solo if needed. Gracie is a super cute, sleek female Torti who started out completely feral, but she now loves affection and cuddling up to anyone she has learned to trust. Since being taken in, she’s warmed up great to living indoors and spends most of her time chirping at birds from her window view. She is a very calm cat and rarely gets too vocal about anything. She still has her moments where it’s hard for her to relax, so it might take some time for her to adjust, but with a little love and patience, she’ll do great in any home. She is pretty independent, but could do well with a calm, older cat friend who can show her more on how to live happily indoors. They are both about a year old, and have been spayed and received FVRCP and rabies shots and were tested negative for Feluk/FIV, so they are healthy young cats. They also were treated for flea preventive and wormer, and they can be microchipped. Contact dcmcats@yahoo.com for a link to the application. Please also include a little about yourself and your household, and what your typical daily and weekend schedule is like so we can help you decide if Gabby and/or Gracie are perfect for you.
If you have any questions or would like to adopt Sisters Gabby (& Gracie), please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
