My story

Vortex is a whirlwind of fun and curiosity — true to his name, he’ll pull you right into his playful orbit! This spunky kitten is always ready to chase, pounce, and explore whatever catches his eye. Whether it’s a toy, a stray sock, or a swishing tail, Vortex is on the case. He’s pretty gentle with his claws and is learning his manners when it comes to playful love bites — he just needs a patient family to keep guiding him. When it’s mealtime, Vortex is first in line and never turns down a tasty snack. He’s not the biggest fan of being held for long, but give him a quick pick-up before a meal or engage him in a good play session, and you’ll hear his happy purr. Vortex would love a home with a confident adult cat who can show him the ropes and teach him proper kitty etiquette. He’s done well with the big dogs in his foster home — after a shy start, he now boldly plays with their wagging tails! He sleeps soundly in a safe, enclosed space at night and greets you with bright eyes when morning comes.
