My story

PUPDATE... I'm now in Fairfield, Connecticut!! You can come by to meet me, but be prepared to fall in love and take me home!! We are an adorable 7-pack of Terrier/Dachshund mix puppies born on 4/27/25 while our mama was living in a foster home in Texas. She was originally living in a trailer park, left outdoors in all sorts of miserable weather, when a neighbor contacted 4 Little Paws Rescue to save her. Her name is Tessa, and she is very pretty, resembling a Yorkie, weighing 22 lbs (see her picture). Some of us look like her, and some of us look like Dachshunds, which could only mean one thing… WE ARE SUPER CUTE!!! My name is Talia, I’m a girl weighing 5.7 lbs, long and low, and the smallest pup in the litter. I am shy at first in new situations, calm and playful, sweet and girly. I love puppy toys, and my favorite game is tug-of-war. All of us are friendly, playful, and very affectionate. We enjoy playing with puppy toys and each other, as much as we enjoy snuggle time with our foster mom. We have wonderful appetites, not fussy eaters, and we sleep snuggled together in a puppy playpen. Our futures look bright, and we are so looking forward to joining wonderful families anywhere on the East Coast! Inquire about us today, but good luck choosing between us!!! * 4 Little Paws is based in CT. We adopt in many different states along the East Coast. Transport costs are included in the adoption fee. If you are located outside the states we typically adopt to, we have options to get the dog of your dreams to your location.
