My story

Meet the brilliant BLUE, a black and white female kitten with soft, medium-length fur and a fluffy tail, sometimes called a "cow kitty".  She is sociable and eager to meet new people and animals.  She is very active, but when she finally slows down, she loves a good snuggle with her siblings or humans.  She takes a little bit of time to warm up to new people, but once she does, she is all in from there.  She is very easy going overall, and spunky.  Blue came to the rescue with her sisters REXY and BUBBA, and she would love to be adopted with one of them if possible.  She has a lot of love to give and is looking for the perfect home to settle into! Blue has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, is negative for FeLV and FIV, and includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners. You can meet BLUE at the cattery inside our partner PetSmart in South Eugene (2858 Willamette St), beginning Wednesday 7/16.  Please submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at the store, and an adoption counselor will contact you to set up a meet and greet.  The $175 ($320 for a pair) adoption fee allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community.
