My story

  Miss Mama Squash is such a sweet girl. She's just a baby herself, and has done such a good job of raising her 5 kittens. Although she's currently busy being a mom, she's playful when she gets a moment. Squashy also loves a good lap cuddle and truly enjoys head kisses. She's very chill most of the time, and seems to have a pretty laid back vibe. Once she's away from her kittens we expect her to be pretty playful with toys. She really likes to play but the kittens just always take over any toy she's interacting with. This girl is definitely ready to get the heck out and explore new places and get so much enrichment. We aren't sure how she does with other adult cats or with dogs since she's still a mama bear and we aren't introducing her just yet. She’s going to make a very sweet and calm best friend! Squashy will be available for adoption after her spay on July 31. To ensure each pet finds the best possible home, we ask that you fill out an adoption application form so we can learn more about you and your household. We review each application we receive and will contact you as quickly as possible. A home visit will be scheduled before any pet is adopted to a new home. Once a home visit has taken place and the adoption application has been approved, we will ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement form. Our adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter, veterinary exams, vaccinations, microchipping, and foster care. Highly requested breeds help cover the vet costs incurred by some of our other cats, enabling us to save more lives! $300 for purebred/highly requested kittens, 6 months or younger, such as Siamese mixes, Maine Coon mixes.  These 'guardian kittens' help support our rescue work by covering vet costs for other kittens. $200 for purebred/highly requested cats older than 6 months such as Siamese mixes, Maine Coone mixes.  These 'guardian cats' help support our rescue work by covering vet costs for other kittens. $200 for kittens (6 months & under)    $125 for cats (older than 6 months)    $75 for senior cats (8 years or older) If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application  here . We want our pets to go to a lifelong new home, so thank you for your patience during the adoption process! Fill out our Adoption Application online.  We'll contact you within 48 hours to answer any questions you may have about the pet. 2. If the pet looks like a great match, we'll schedule a meet and greet and ask you to fill out our online Adoption Agreement if you'd like to proceed with adopting.  Once you've completed the Adoption Agreement and pay the pet's Adoption Fee, you can arrange to pick up your new furry family member!
