Heās got a charming scruffy coat thatās growing back in after a much-needed spa day, and it only adds to his adorable, one-of-a-kind look. Scrappy is playful, affectionate, and loves being around people. Scrappy is looking for a forever home where he can feel safe, loved, and part of the family.
