My story

Meet Gumbo – the 22-pound goofball who finally grew into his ears and is ready to grow into your heart next! He’s a little bigger than your average small dog and a little smaller than your typical big one—basically the perfect in-between size. Gumbo is made of pure joy, affection, and just the right amount of silliness. We’re pretty sure he’s never had a bad day, and if you adopt him, neither will you. This boy is smart. He learned “sit” and “shake” in one training session and is eager to keep showing off his skills. He’s always up for an adventure or a cuddle, and he’ll keep you smiling with his goofy antics and happy energy. As for his breed? Well, the internet says he looks like a German Pinscher. We say he looks like 100% lovable mystery mix with a dash of everything good. If you’re looking for a best friend who’s equal parts brain, bounce, and big-hearted charm—Gumbo is your guy! This dog is currently being fostered in Houston, Texas.   Nationwide transport is available! Average transport cost:  $ 300-$500, depending on dog’s size.   This price includes a required health certificate.  This transport fee is in addition to the adoption fee.
