Tootsie is such a fun loving gal! She came from a neglectful situation but is ready to start fresh in a new home! She loves to go for walks and then cuddle up, she has been very exuberant in her love for people. She has been around other dogs but preferred not to play so may do best with no dogs or calmer dogs.
