My story

Koko is a warm and affectionate 9 year old terrier mix weighing less than 10 pounds with gorgeous colors and markings. He’s neutered and had his teeth cleaned recently. He attaches to his person(s) quickly and is very protective of them. While he will sleep in a crate after a considerable amount of whining he prefers to cuddle up with you on your bed. He does well with other dogs bigger than he is that won’t tolerate his puppy shenanigans. Best in a home with older kids due to his jumping up on tables and pulling his food out of your arms. He takes medication with his meals twice daily for seizures. He’s done really well with his treatment plan. His foster mom has never seen a 9 year old dog with so much energy and life left to live. Learning to walk on a leash and completely housebroken, Koko would like nothing better than being in a safe forever home. Adoption fee is: $200 ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com. Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee. Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs. EIN # 46-5486022
